Hort Innovation 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Hort Innovation AGM was be held virtually on Friday, 28 November, 2025 at 12.00pm (AEDT) Sydney.

Item 4: Election of Directors

The two Directors receiving the greatest number of votes in alphabetical order by last name are Julie Bird and Jan Vydra.

 We would like to thank our candidates, Theodora Elia-Adams and Lynn Smart, who were unsuccessful. We thank them for their time and involvement in the process and their interest in Australian horticulture.

Item 5: Change to the Constitution

 The resolution to modify the Constitution is a Special Resolution requiring it to be passed by at least 75% of votes cast by Voting Members entitled to vote on the resolution.

Voting Members did resolve to approve as a special resolution that the Hort Innovation Constitution dated November 24, 2023, be replaced with the Hort Innovation Constitution proposed revision November 28, 2025.
